S. Şahin Tulga completed his primary and secondary school education at TED Ankara College and high school education at Ankara Science High School. He received his bachelors and masters degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA.
After graduation, he worked in the USA and in Turkey. In Turkey he respectively worked as the CEO of Bordata, Entek, Digital Equipment, Lucent Technologies and Hewlett Packard.
He is known for dramatically increasing revenue and profits for the companies he professionally worked for.
Since 2008, Şahin Tulga offers management consultancy, training, mentoring/coaching, and keynote speaking services on strategic management topics that he is passionate about.
He also acts as an independent board member at few companies in various industries. Aselsan, Xenel, Kale Seramik, KaleKim, Tezmaksan, Migros, Ata Holding, Tepe Construction, Eczacibasi Bilisim, Dunapack Dentas, İnnova and Proasist are among the companies that he supports under various capacities.
The founding partner of the Mentoro Platform, Mr. Tulga teaches strategy at Bilkent University’s EMBA program. In addition to keynotes speeches at corporate organizations, he is a TEDx Istanbul speaker.
An expert on strategic design, leadership development and strategic growth, Mr. Tulga’s hobbies are stone house restoration and architecture.
He is married with two daughters and one granddaughter.
